* The debate over Ferdinand Porsche’s Nazi past continues as Bloomberg reported this past week that Porsche’s hometown of Vratislavice nad Nisou in Czechoslovakia has removed signs commemorating Porsche’s birth there in response to protests against the signs.
* Daryl Scott of Throwin’ Wrenches this week examined all the various encounters Larry, Moe, and Curly had with Ford automobiles. Unsurprisingly, the cars never made it through the encounters unscathed.
* Ah, New York Times. You just have to keep banging the drum about the impending death of the automobile and waning interest in cars despite what those of us who actually drive cars keep telling you. And despite your own story highlighting the current renaissance in car museums, which, one could reasonably infer, results from increasing interest in cars.
